Bem Brasil Restaurants – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, restaurant services and gift vouchers provided by Bem Brasil Restaurants Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or visiting our restaurants, you agree to these terms.


1. Bookings & No-Show Policy

1.1 Card Authentication (No Deposits Taken)

We do not take deposits for standard bookings.
However, when booking via ResDiary you will be asked to securely provide card details to authenticate your reservation.
Your card is not charged at the time of booking.

1.2 No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee

If you fail to attend your booking or cancel too late:

  • A fee of £10 per person may be charged to the authenticated card.

  • “Late cancellation” means cancelling less than 24 hours before your booking time.

This policy is clearly displayed during the booking process.

1.3 Changing Your Booking

You may amend or cancel your booking via the link provided in your confirmation email.
Subject to availability, we will always try to accommodate booking changes.


2. Pricing & Seasonal Rates

2.1 Standard Pricing

Our regular pricing applies throughout the year except during the festive season.

2.2 December & Festive Pricing

Special pricing applies for the entire month of December, including Christmas and New Year.
Only the advertised December/festive pricing will be available during this period.

2.3 Public Holiday Special Prices

Special pricing also applies on:

  • Valentine’s Day

  • Mother’s Day

  • Easter

  • Father’s Day

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Eve

These dates will be clearly advertised in advance.


3. Service Charge

A 10% optional service charge is added to all bills.
If you prefer not to pay the service charge, please inform your server and it will be removed with no issue.


4. Gift Vouchers

4.1 General Terms

  • Vouchers are valid at all Bem Brasil locations.

  • Vouchers have no cash value and no change is given.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot always be replaced.

  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

4.2 Refunds

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

4.3 Online Voucher Purchases

For security reasons, posted vouchers can only be sent to the billing address used during payment.


5. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.
Full allergen information is available upon request.
We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.


6. Restaurant Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone behaving in a way that risks the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests or staff.


7. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Personal property lost or damaged on the premises

  • Failure to provide services due to events outside our control (e.g. power cuts, severe weather)

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most recent version will always be available on our website.
