Gift vouchers may be redeemed at any Bem Brasil restaurant, including:

Northern Quarter (Manchester)

Deansgate (Manchester)

Liverpool

Vouchers may be used towards food and drinks, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

No change will be given if the bill total is less than the value of the voucher.
Any remaining balance is forfeited. -
Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
Treat vouchers like cash. -
Vouchers must be presented at the restaurant at the time of redemption.

Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from purchase date. Expired vouchers cannot be accepted.
